The hotel is not at max capacity so why would they put guest on the side of the hotel facing the area that has construction starting at 8:00 in the morning. Then the next morning at 8:00 promptly we are woken by construction going on outside. We had gone down to the front desk and the guy I gave us a new key and of course that night it did not work either. So we threw our dirty towels out front of our door that night and when we checked out at 10:00 the next morning they were still sitting in the hallway. We call to see if we can get our room made up and they tell us that you only get room service every 3 days that you stay. We come back after the first night with the tag on the door for them to make up the room just like any good hotel would have. We stayed overnight twice for my son's wedding in Fallbrook.
